The Paramount Plus Essential plan includes tens of thousands of episodes and movies, the NFL on CBS, the UEFA Champions League, 24/7 news coverage with CBS News, and limited ads. Nickelodeon and its YouTube channel have done a series of podcasts called Listen Out Loud, where each member of the Loud family does a podcast revolving around their topics. The Loud House's portrayal of interracial gay married couple Howard and Harold McBride led the series to be nominated for Outstanding Individual Episode at the 28th GLAAD Media Awards and for Outstanding Kids & Family Programming at the 29th, 31st, 32nd and 35th GLAAD Media Awards. The series has also been nominated for Favorite Cartoon at the Kids' Choice Awards every year since 2017. Kenya's film and classification board (KFCB) has called for the suspension of several US-produced children's programs running on channels provided by TV company MultiChoice. The board said the cartoons featured "disturbing content glorifying homosexual behavior" which was not suitable for children.

The sisters also apologize to Lincoln for not including him in their spotlight and question what he said about not feeling as special as them. Lincoln confesses that he feels this way because they're all talented in some way, and are constantly praised, while he has nothing to show. The next day, the Louds, Angus, Lela, the citizens and the ghosts of the ancestors all work together to repair all the damage in Loch Loud ("My Way Back Home"). Afterward, the Louds sail off for home, waving goodbye to the citizens and their ghostly ancestors at the dock. Shortly after they've left, Bobby arrives in Loch Loud via submarine, but is dismayed to learn that he just missed seeing Lori.

Explaining the News to Our Kids

As the Loud family sadly sails away from Loch Loud, Lucille hurriedly catches up with them and reveals to them about the Dragon Stone and that Morag betrayed them to take the crown for herself. Piecing everything together, Lincoln realizes that's why his flight with Lela was so catastrophic, but he still believes he's to blame, since he let Morag manipulate him, and says that he must fix everything. The Loud kids (minus Lily) row back to Loch Loud in a dinghy, where they witness the citizens attempting to flee in boats. Arriving at the dock, Angus is surprised to the kids return, and Lincoln reveals that he and his sisters have a plan to get the royal scepter out of Morag's hands and stop her tyranny once and for all. With Lincoln now titled as the duke, the Louds bask in their new lifestyle ("Loud Castle"), but unbeknownst to them, Morag retreats to a far-away cliff to scream out her hatred of the Louds, and then digs up something nearby.

As the family exits the sub to examine the sights, Lori decides to call up her boyfriend Bobby to deliver the news. Encouraged by his sister to prove that he's meant for Lori, Bobby decides to do just that, and proceeds to head to Scotland personally. Lincoln Loud is the only boy and the middle child in a family of eleven children residing in the fictional town of Royal Woods, Michigan. He has ten sisters with distinctive personalities consisting of bossy eldest child Lori, ditzy fashionista Leni, musician Luna, comedian Luan, athletic Lynn Jr., gloomy poetic goth Lucy, polar opposite twins Lana and Lola, child genius Lisa, and baby Lily. Lincoln occasionally breaks the fourth wall to explain to the viewers the chaotic conditions and sibling relationships of the household, and continually devises plans to make his life in the Loud House better.

Not giving up just yet, Lincoln says that they can still go to Scotland, as they have to be a little "adventurous". The series debuted on Nickelodeon on May 2, 2016, with new episodes premiering every weekday that month.[21] The first trailer for the series premiered on March 13, 2016.[22] The series also aired on AFN Family. With five seasons, spin-offs, and graphic novel adaptations under the series’ belt, it only makes sense that the Loud family would get the big screen treatment, too.

Later, the Louds sail away from Loch Loud, waving goodbye to the citizens and their ancestors at the dock. After the ship has travelled a far enough distance, the citizens and the ghosts head back to their homes. At that moment, a submarine arrives at the dock, and Bobby pops out the hatch, having finally arrived at Scotland. Jumping out, he asks the fisherman where he can find Lori Loud, and the fisherman silently responds by handing him a telescope and gestures to the departing ship. Focusing on the ship with the telescope, Bobby discovers Lori on it and, realizing he arrived at Scotland a few moments too late, falls to his knees and screams in anguish. She then devises a plan like her ancestor Aggie to get the family to leave Loch Loud forever by hypnotizing Lela with a magic gemstone known as the Dragon Stone and the royal scepter.

Sometime later, a full-blown coronation is being held in order to crown Lincoln as the new Duke of Loch Loud. After Morag gives a speech to citizens by telling them that Loch Loud has been duke-less for the past 400 years because of the Louds getting lost during a boat trip (which Lucille overhears and is baffled by what was told), she proceeds to place the crown on Lincoln's head, but greatly struggles to do so. Seeing her struggle to do such a simple task, Angus proceeds to assist her by pushing the crown onto Lincoln's head. With Lincoln now officially titled as the new Duke, he and his family begin to bask in their royal status, while simultaneously making life better for Loch Loud ("Loud Castle"). After a hectic road trip that involves riding in the cargo load of an airplane, parachuting into France, flying in a hot air balloon, and landing in the ocean to hitch a ride in a submarine ("Now or Never"), the family finally arrives to Scotland.

Morag and Lela trap Louds and Angus in a corner, and Morag orders Lela to fire her breath at them to kill them off for good. Lincoln, having regained consciousness, witnesses Morag about to harm his family, and before Lela can fire her breath, he quickly jumps into the line of fire with the crown, prompting Morag to hastily stop Lela from attacking. Lincoln tells Morag that if she wants the crown, she'll have to get it from him first. Lincoln quickly runs through the hole they crashed through earlier, and as Lela crawls through, her large size causes the damaged wall to collapse, stopping the family and Angus from reaching them. As the family panics on how to reach them, Lily begins crawling under the rubble, as she's small enough to get through it.

The graphic novels are by either crew members or other incoming artists, and dive into the world of the show and the characters within. They are usually anthology comics, however, others are arranged on certain themes, while others have overarching storylines. The first graphic novel, There Will Be Chaos, was released on May 9, 2017.[93] There are currently two series, a running series and a special series focusing on the seasons and certain holidays. Per Netflix, "The Loud House Movie" follows "the Loud family to Scotland where they discover that they are descendants of Scottish royalty. The family quickly indulges in the most wish-fulfilling high-life ever when they discover their ancestral home is a castle." Lincoln Loud (voiced by Asher Bishop), the only brother to 10 sisters, convinces the family to travel to Scotland to discover where they came from and finds out they're descendants of royalty.

However, the moment she leaves the room, Lucille arrives and retrieves the book from the fireplace, where, after looking through the pages, learns that Aggie had betrayed them. Outside the castle, the angry crowd is informed by Morag that the Louds are finally gone, much to their excitement. However, when the citizens prepare to leave, she lies to everyone by telling them that before they left, they said that she should be the Duchess of Loch Loud.

With a very busy, very loud and talented family, he's the one who keeps the ship running. But he's brushed aside and stuck in the shadow of his ten Loud sisters, who are the talk of the town. Instead of taking out his frustrations on his sisters, he looks for ways to find his own talents.

Upon arriving in the Scottish town of Loch Loud, a town filled with many oddities, the Loud family learns from a boy named Scott—who Leni falls in love with—and Loch Loud's citizens that they are descendants of Scottish royalty. They are led to a castle ran by groundskeeper Angus and the disgruntled property caretaker Morag. The next day, the Louds, Angus, Lela, the citizens and the ghosts of the ancestors work together to repair all the damage in Loch Loud ("My Way Back Home"). After fixing up the village, and as the Louds interact with their ancestors, Angus tells Lincoln that he'll miss him once the family leaves, and Lincoln tells him that he's free to call him up whenever so he can give him some good duke advice.
